Is Lindsay Lohan already depressed that her life is miserable and she’s not getting anything on her bank account? What so depressing on shopping? Lindsay Lohan was spotted in American Apparel wearing a fitted pink sleeveless blouse without any bra.

La Lohan was told to be too friendly while lining up at the counter by doing some chit chats and giggling with fellow customers. However on her way out, she uses her pink scarf to cover her face instead her chest on her way to the car.

Last June, Lindsay Lohan was under investigation by Scottland Yard as $400,000 worth of Dior Jewelries was reportedly missing after a photo shoot in London. After few days, Elle UK dropped the allegation that she hadn’t since the jewelries are not even in the photo shoot.

Today, police are still investigating on what really happened and Scotland Yard are still investigating as they confirmed to People magazine.
