Actress/Singer, Lindsay Lohan could face a total of $50,000 for breaking the lease of the burglarized house in Hollywood.

“Lindsay has five months left on her lease. She’s breaking her lease by moving on at this time. The property was up for rental at $15,000 per month but she got a special deal of $10,000 per month, meaning she’s going to owe $50,000 on the remainder of her lease,” a tipster tells RadarOnline.com.

“Plus there’s going to be damages, the property is in total disrepair since she’s moved in, it’s not able to be shown in it’s current state, it’s going to take some serious work to get it back to it’s original condition,” the spy blabs. “If she doesn’t pay up on the remainder of her lease, and pay up for the damages she has caused the property owner is going to sue her. They are not happy at all about the situation.”

In recent new about the Burglarly incident in Lindsay Lohan’s residence, LAPD has released some photos captured from the video wherein there were 3 people trying to break in to Lohan’s house.

LAPD have described the suspects as 18 – 25 years old – white man and 2 white women. The women was around 120 pounds.

Lindsay on the other hand might have some idea on who these people are. She tweeted: “i know it was not a ROBBERY. electronics weren’t taken… just things that a certain old friend knew meant a lot to me.”

Newly reconciled father with her daughter called LAPD early this morning to report a break-in to Lindsay Lohan’s house.

He believes that this is an inside job as the people who is working for her daughter failed to turn on the alarm.

“I am not going to put up with individuals violating my family,” Michael Lohan said.

“Lindsay is a charitable, generous person that always gives,” he continued. “This is a personal violation and it has got to stop.”

Lindsay Lohan just came home at around 3AM this morning and found out that someone has break-in. She called her father and his father reported the incident to the authorities.

“The safe was ripped out of the wall, and the door was off the hinges and door handles removed,” Lindsay’s mom told People.com “Bags, shoes and jewelry were taken too. Thank God she wasn’t home.”

LAPD is already investigating the said incident “All we can confirm is that we are investigating a possible break in at the residence and we still have officers on the scene. We got a call shortly before 7 a.m. this morning and it’s still under investigation. No arrests have been made.”

This girl never ceases to amaze me … well of course, in the negative way.

Lindsay Lohan was out in Little Italy the other day. She reportedly left her phone over the counter and head her way out to the cab. Apparently, the store clerk noticed the phone and run out to her cab and asks her if it was her phone. Lindsay said yes but the clerk cannot be bought the easily as he asked if she knows the number.

The deli guy does not recognize her as Lindsay Lohan. When Lindsay could not provide her number, she tried to snatch the phone from the clerk and when she failed to get it, she yelled “I’m calling the police! I’m going to arrest you for not giving me my phone!”

Lilo’s friend called 911 and when the cops arrived, the clerk handed the police the phone and returned it to her.

“I was just trying to be honest. Now I have police and trouble already,” said the guy. “Who is she? Is she a star?”
