New York Daily News reports that Lady Gaga filed a countersuit to her ex boyfriend Rob Fusari after the latter filed a $30 Million lawsuit against last Thursday. Gaga fires back as he was the one forced her to sign an illegal contract.

Rob claims that he was the one behind the name Lady Gaga and he was the co-writer of some of the hits of the singer. Lady Gaga told press that the contract between them is invalid as Fusari is not a licensed talent agent.

Lady Gaga’s lawyers wanted Fusari’s case be thrown out and wants him to pay the singer for the damages.
