Avril Lavigne’s Bel Air Mansion that she once shared with her ex husband Deryck Whibley is for sale for $9.5 Million.

This mansion is a Mediterranean style and has complete amenities like outdoor firepit, wine cellar, 10-car garage, an outdoor living room, swimming pool, hot tub and barbecue.

The said house was previously owned by Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker and Shana Moakler. Avril bought it last 2007.

Rumor has it that our favorite Diva is back on rehab to seek additional treatment for the substance abuse issue that she’s been dealing for more than a decade now.

The singer’s publicist Kristen Foster said that Whitney is in a longstanding process of recovery to treat her drug and alcohol problem to prep her up for a movie project.

US Weekly is reporting that the Glee star was hit and notified the police. Good thing that Lea was fine and not injured.

“A couple of drunk girls hit her, got out of the car, giggled that she was famous, said something like ‘are you drunk, too?’ Then they drove off,” per witness.
