It has been rumored that hot couple Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel have parted ways recently. However, the two are still in touch every now and then and have decided to stay friends but this time with benefits.

“Justin was very clear with Jessica that he didn’t want to be in a serious relationship with her anymore where he wasn’t able to date other people. Jessica took the news very hard, but once she calmed down and they started talking again, he convinced her to stay friends who hook up, without all the pressure of a relationship,” an J.T. and J.B. informant blabbed to London’s The Mirror this week.

“Justin gets the best of both worlds. He doesn’t have to lose Jess as a lover or a friend, but he’s free to explore other relationships.”

Rushing to an Indian restaurant carrying balloons, gifts and a heart shaped piñata, Jessica Biel was spotted doing some scenes for her romantic comedy movie Valentines Day.

Jessica is very much busy these days not just for her work but also for her partner Justin Timberlake wherein she is trying to get rid of his old eating habits and presenting a new balance diet.

“Jessica will always pick healthy starters on the menu and if Justin orders a dessert or cheese, she teases him. She’s only joking but I’m sure it can get annoying if it’s happening all the time.” she told A Look Magazine.

She also shares something about her fitness regimen: “She starts each day with a jog, followed by two-hours of squats, bench presses, lunges and crunches. She also swims three times a week, and does yoga twice a week, as well as biking and boxing.”

Jessica Biel was spotted with 3 studs the other day at Studio City, California. While she tends to walk for 20 blocks, Jessica wore gray top under a cardigan, jeans, flip flops and shades.

Justin’s girl is quite busy this year as she is lined up with an uber extensive casts of Valentines Day with Taylor Lautner, Bradley Cooper, Julia Roberts, Jessica Alba, Jennifer Garner, Ashton Kutcher… whew!

She is also casted at Thor, The Devil and the deep blue sea and Nail.
