Gossip Girl Season 3 Guest Star Hillary Duff is continuing her scarf around the neck style as she strutted her way to the set.

Hillary talks about how she was honored to be on the show and how people treated her so well.

“Everyone’s been really, really gracious to me and sweet to me.” she told the press.

“I’m a huge fan of the show. They called me and said come on and do a few episodes. I jumped at the chance.” she continues.

Last Friday Afternoon, Hilary Duff was named the “Ambassador For The Youth” by Bogota Mayor Samuel Moreno in a Press Conference in Bogota, Columbia.

The Gossip Girl hottie is so honored and excited in distributing 3,000 knapsacks of food to poor children in the South Capital City.

“We are honored to have Hilary Duff launch Blessings in a Backpack in Bogota.” Mayor Moreno.
