Heavy with the baby bump, Ellen Pompeo was spotted on her way back to her car after attending a Pilates class in Los Angeles last Saturday.

Seems like Grey’s Anatomy star will be having a baby girl with Chris Ivery later this year as she was heard to be organizing a baby registry for a baby girl organic blankets with the help of Nicole Richie.

“Nicole and Ellen greeted each other with a hug and seemed like they were good friends,” an eyewitness tells In Touch. “Nicole was so excited to offer her help to Ellen. She was giving advice about what she should buy and things she’ll need for the nursery.”
