Cinderella must be happy these days as her infamous glass slippers was re-imagined and manufactured by the well-known high end designer Christian Louboutin.

Disney asked Louboutin to design the shoes based from his imagination in celebration of the release of the Blu Ray of Cinderella: Diamond Edition.

“The slipper is the magic wand of transformation, which conjures confidence, beauty and love. Her character and her story dictated the design to me, it was all there in the pages and the words of this tale,” Louboutin says.
