Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt may not be spotted at the Oscar’s tonight as the couple are in Venice for some duties, but at least we have the hottest couple of the nigh to attend the Oscars!

Recently engaged, Nicole Richie and Joel Madden were both spotted arriving at the red carpet of the 82nd Academy Awards tonight in Los Angeles, California.

Nicole Richie is wearing a hippie styled long flowy gown as his beau is wearing a classic tuxedo matched with a pair of sunglasses (wrong shoes).

Earlier, on their way to the Kodak Theatre, Joel Madden tweeted and posted a photo of Nicole on his Twitter Account.

“And check out my date. Yes she’s mine. Feel like a winner. Feels like I won an oscar.”
