Lindsay Lohan has the nerve to sue E-Trade company for using her name on their commercial.

E-Trade have produced a commercial with babies misbehavin’ and was named Lindsay. The actress said that the milkaholic baby was named after her and the company should pay her with $ 100 Million for her dignity.

Lohan have consulted her lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia and said that the name Lindsay has its first name recognition like Oprah.

In this regard, any bad commercials with models named after Lindsay will be associated to the actress. LOL
