Britney Spears younger sister, Jamie Lynn Spears is currently battling a custody case with former partner Casey Aldridge.

Spears and Aldridge called it quits early this year and the young mother is worried for future custody issue as Casey Aldridge is being pushed by his parents to file some custody case for the baby in a bid of some wealth from the Spears.

A source tells Star that Casey’s mom told him to fight for custody so that Jamie Lynn would pay him child support like Kevin Federline. He does not need to find a job and just be a stay-at-home dad.

The tabloid said also that Jamie Lynn is willing to fight for her sole custody to get rid of Casey from their lives at any cost that it would make.

“…Casey is paying attention to his family’s advice, but he also feels that maybe be should just let Jamie Lynn and Maddie be. Money is a driving factor, and he’s weak when it comes to his mom and what she tells him to He’s really torn.”
