Just right after she arrived from Singapore, Beyonce Knowles was once again spotted in some music event.

The Queen B arrived at Billboard’s 4th Annual Women in Music event in Midtown Manhattan with all smiles for her fans and the paparazzi. Wearing a powder blue mini dress and a pair of beige peep toes, Beyonce walk down inside the hall for the said event.

Beyonce is one cutie as she accepts her award as Billboard’s Woman of the Year last Friday.
