Apparently, the store clerk noticed the phone and run out to her cab and asks her if it was her phone. Lindsay said yes but the clerk cannot be bought the easily as he asked if she knows the number.

The deli guy does not recognize her as Lindsay Lohan. When Lindsay could not provide her number, she tried to snatch the phone from the clerk and when she failed to get it, she yelled “I’m calling the police! I’m going to arrest you for not giving me my phone!”

Lilo’s friend called 911 and when the cops arrived, the clerk handed the police the phone and returned it to her.

“I was just trying to be honest. Now I have police and trouble already,” said the guy. “Who is she? Is she a star?”
